This cute bunny is from my Joanna Sheen House-Mouse CD Volume 1. He's snoozing in the tea box after drinking the chamomile tea! The image was die-cut with my Memory Box Cross-Stitched Frame Borders. I fussy-cut around the bunny's ear to exclude it from the die cut.
I was also inspired by the sketch over at My Creative Time (see below). I used a Happy Spring sentiment from My Creative Time's Color Me Happy clear stamps, which I stamped repeatedly on the green panel with SU Certainly Celery to create a background.
Here's the sketch, which I turned counter-clockwise:
I added a green strip, embossed with Sissix Honeycomb, and a green fishtail banner according to the sketch. Then I tied green American Crafts twine in a multi-loop bow. To finish it off I added a sparkly butterfly sticker from Forever in Time.
