Hello, everyone! I decided to join the celebrations again over at The Friday Mashup and Cupcake Inspirations again. The Friday Mashup is celebrating their 200th challenge and Cupcake Inspirations is celebrating their 300th! Congratulations!
For my card I used the colour inspiration from Cupcake Inspirations (see below) and dry embossing and washi tape inspiration from The Friday Mashup, specifically Challenge 126 - Option 1 - Washi Tape and Challenge 84 - Option 1 - Dry Embossing.
You know how I love kitties, so I was excited to see this month's progressive challenge image from Gerda Steiner Designs called Kitten and Chicks. It is so cute - thank you, Gerda! I coloured the image with my Prismacolor pencils and used Tumbled Glass Distress Ink to make the sky using a cloud die-cut as a template. The fun sentiment is from My Creative Time's Color Me Happy clear stamps. I layered the image onto yellow and then white cardstock and tied some green string around one side. I mounted it on a card that was dry embossed with Couture Creations One World. I added three green pearls, some washi tape, and a cute felt bunny.
I'm also linking up to Simon Says Stamp Monday's B is for (bunny, blue, birds) challenge, and Allsorts for their Spring is in the Air challenge.
Thank you for looking at my card! Wishing you a joyful day!
