Hello, everyone.  As promised, I'm back with Salt Dough Ornament #2.  I created my little ornament for the "12 Days of Christmas" challenges going on at Mark's Finest Papers.  Here is a tutorial.  I'm going to post 5 ornaments, so please be patient with me LOL.

Salt Dough Ornament - Kitty in Red

Hello, everyone.  I'm back again today, this time with a Salt Dough Ornament.  By now you all know that I'm playing along with the "12 Days of Christmas" challenges going on at Mark's Finest Papers.  My goal is to complete all 12 challenges.  Now I should tell you that before I started making cards, I was not crafty at all, so there are many creative projects that I've never tried - this being one of them.  So glad MFP provided a tutorial.  And I should also tell you that I do not like to bake - so I really stepped outside  my comfort zone with this one.  I made six salt dough "cookies" and I am going to post 5 of them, all in separate blog posts, so you will have to bear with me LOL.  Here is Salt Dough Ornament #1:

Craft Stick Sleigh Ornament

Hello, everyone.  I'm back again today, this time with a Craft Stick Sleigh Ornament.   This is another project I created for the "12 Days of Christmas" challenges going on at Mark's Finest Papers.  I am determined to make it through all 12 challenges.  This project took me back to my childhood - it reminded me of a wishing well I made with Popsickle sticks many, many, many years ago.  So I really had fun with it, and I'm so glad that MFP provided a tutorial.

Candy Stick for Christmas

Hello, everyone.  I'm back again today with a Candy Stick that I made for a stocking stuffer.   This is another project I created for the "12 Days of Christmas" challenges going on at Mark's Finest Papers - this is my seventh challenge completed so far...only 5 more to go LOL.  Again, this is something I've never made before so I was glad there was a tutorial.  I filled the "stick" bag with mini chocolate bars that were left over from Halloween.  I had trouble finding a "stick" bag around here, so I emptied some craft items to use the bag for this project.  I think the recipient of this gift is going to say "yum."

Mason Jar Gift Candle

Hello, everyone.  Today I've made a Mason Jar Gift Candle for a Christmas present.  I was inspired by the "12 Days of Christmas" challenges going on at Mark's Finest Papers - I'm seeing how many of the projects in the 12-day challenge I can accomplish.  I've never made anything like this before so I'm glad there was a tutorial.

Bath Salts Decorated Jar

Hello, everyone.  Today I've made bath salts in a decorated jar for a Christmas gift.  I was inspired by the "12 Days of Christmas" challenges going on at Mark's Finest Papers - I've been having fun tackling the projects in the 12-day challenge.  I've never made bath salts before - you can find the MFP tutorial here.  I decided to go with a lavender scent and used essential oil of lavender.   I referred to a different recipe than on the tutorial because the person to whom I'm giving the bath salts has sensitive skin so I didn't want to use any colouring.  In any event, the bath salts look like snow for my snowman LOL.
