Giddy-up!

Hi, everyone!  I'm back again with another card.  I saw an interesting challenge at Carlin's Kaartenparadijs this month and wanted to play along.  The theme is to be inspired by a card and use another colour.  I was inspired by my own card (see below), and here is the card I made:

Both cards feature images from Beccy's Place.  For this card I used A Drover's Life, with a sentiment from Beccy's Place Fallow Fields.  The background paper on both is from We Are 3 Digital Shop Pastel Fantasy, which I recently won (thank you, Bonnie!).  I adhered a scalloped stitched frame (Gina Marie Designs) in blue glitter cardstock and then mounted on a black panel.  To finish the card, I adhered three punched stars in the same glitter cardstock.

Below is the card that was my inspiration, shared here.

One of the things I enjoy most about this hobby of ours, is that we can take one little thing from another card, as inspiration, and run with it, creating something completely new and unique. This is super! Wonderful design and colour choice.
Thanks for sharing this with us at Penny's!

This is perfect for the Magnificent Seven movie. My brother and I used to watch Westerns. He was a big John Wayne fan. I love your use of silhouettes. Lovely card.
