Peace and Joy

Hello again!  I took a detour with my previous post, but I'm back on track with my month of holiday cards!  As usual, the challenges around blog-land have provided my inspiration!

This was a quick and easy card.  Behind the die-cut apertures, I created the background with Alcohol Inks (Crimson, Red Pepper, and Cranberry) on yupo paper.  I made it just big enough to cover the die-cut area and then mounted the white panel on red cardstock.  Lastly I stamped the sentiment (All Night Media/Plaid) in red.

I would like to support the following challenges:  Beccy's Place - Month of Holiday Cards I'm jumping ahead to "Q" for Quick UE: Cardz TV 102 AG 2/3; Crafty Catz AG Optional Christmas 3/3; Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas AG Optional Use a Button(s) UE; Cute Card Thursday AG UE; DL.ART November Linky UE 1/d; Ellebelle's Crafty Wednesday Christmas/Holidays 3/3; Get Creative AG 2/3; Mod Squad Red and White - That's It 2/3; The 12 Months of Christmas Link-up AG Christmas Optional Red and Green 9/10; The Outlawz Festive Friday Christmas UE; Through the Craft Room Door AG 2/2; Word Art Wednesday 412-413 AG w Uplifting Sentiment wk1 5/5

Thank you for looking at my card! Wishing you a joyful day!
