Glitter n Sparkle DT - Anything Goes

Hello, everyone! Happy New Year!  Before I share today's card, I would like to welcome my newest follower - Franz - so happy you joined me!  And welcome to my two new Bloglovin' followers - Deborah Adams and Nikki - nice to have you here!

It's Sunday, and that means there's a new challenge starting today over at Glitter n Sparkle Challenge Blog! Again this week our challenge is everyone's favourite - Anything Goes!  I hope you can join us!  Take a look at the adorable image I chose! It's called Emily's Lil Bunnies from Lacy Sunshine, and I coloured it with my Prismacolor pencils.

I used my Zutter Distrezz-it-All to distress all the edges.  It was a birthday gift from Brian back in October and I've been neglecting it - so happy to use it again - it works great!  The DP is Brenda Walton at K and Company and all of the pieces used were snippets in my leftover bag, except for the larger piece at the back.  I used a few dies: Ivy Strip and Sienna Double Edge Border from Cheery Lynn, and Spellbinders Moroccan Accents and all die-cuts were made from leftover snippets.

Flowers are from I am Roses (small pink and green), Recollections (medium pink), and my stash. The ribbon is Crafty Ribbons Organza Swiss Dots and I added an umbrella charm from my stash.

Please come over and join us at Glitter n Sparkle for our Anything Goes challenge. We have some fabulous prizes up for grabs again this week, so I hope you'll play along!

I would like to support these fun challenges:
Crafty Hazelnut's Patterned Paper January UE
DL.ART January Linky AG UE 1/day
Hiding in my Craftroom Pinks 1/3
Little Scrap Pieces Show It Off Saturday 1E
Papertake Weekly Pick a fave - Anything Goes 3/5

Scribble and Scrap Always AG 1/3

You may notice I'm entering fewer challenges than I used to. I'm trying to spend less time on the computer in 2015 and instead focus on my health. My goals are to eat healthier, cook healthier meals, and incorporate gentle exercise.  Hope I can stick with it!  I might not get around to comment as much as I used to, but I'll do my best!  For any of my followers leaving a comment, I will definitely return the favour!

Thank you for looking at my card!  Wishing you a joyful day!

This is so super sweet! Love your coloring and all that distressing around the edges. That is such a great resolution, too. I need to get back to the gym... :)

Kitty, love this image, and oh did that tiny umbrella charm really add such sweet detail. The Zutter distress is very vintage, and glad you are remembering to use your lovely birthday gift. (always good to do that as it may generate some more gifts in future! No that's not cynical, that is optimistic!!! :-D ). The flowers & gauzy ribbons are so pretty and your colors are awesome. Applaud your resolutions about healthier eating and gentle exercise. One of my NYear's goals was to get back into walking - gently at first - and for the 3 days we've been home, it's rained every day. So now I'm saying "Monday will be nice, I can walk". We have too many appointments that can't be missed, so I won't start Monday either! Maybe Tuesday. Happy Sunday. TFS & Hugs. Hope your New Year was just grand too.
