Thank You Fairy (Di's Digi Stamps image)

Hello, everyone!  Happy Friday!  Hope you're all ready for the weekend!  Today I am sharing a card featuring one of the newer releases over at Di's Digi Stamps called Hold Me Fairy Close.  Di is one of my favourite artists!  I fell in love with this precious image - just look at the tiny little hedgehog that the sweet fairy is holding - how adorable!

Here's a close-up of just the fairy, which I coloured with my Prismacolor pencils and fussy-cut.  For her dress, I paper-pieced.  I printed the image again so I could colour and fussy-cut just the little hedgie, and then popped him up with foam tape. I added glitter to the fairy's wings (Stampin' Up).

For the circular shape, I traced around the clock in my craftroom and then cut it out. The dp is MME In Bloom.  

The sentiment is from Hero Arts Everyday Sentiments. The button and twine are from my stash.  The embossing folder is Cuttlebug Swiss Dots, one of my first and favourite embossing folders.
