OMGoodness, I think he is so sweet - he is very happy it's snowing. Look at that smile on his face - he puts a smile on my face LOL. After I coloured him, I added glitter to the snowflakes and along the snow, and Stickles to the white parts of his hat. I used a freebie sentiment from Desert Diva (thank you, Hannelie), which I circle-punched and then doodled around the circle with my pencil. The embossing folder is Cuttlebug Snowflakes - I really use this one a lot. The white lacy ribbon is from May Arts, the blue ribbon is from Offray, and the glittery blue ribbon and glittery foam are from Dollarama. The little snowman charm is from my stash. I followed this sketch at Your Next Stamp, but I flipped it:
