I used a cute image from Craftin Desert Divas and backed it with a die-cut doily from my stash. The sentiment is from Create with TLC, and the patterned paper is from my old stash (Carson Dellosa).
Below is the middle of the journal; you can see how I attached the pages together with baker's twine and then reinforced either side with some washi tape. The pages are left blank for journalling.
