Today I'm sharing a card I made last week and I'm just getting around to typing up the blog post. This is a vintage card inspired by an old "Office Girl" magazine cover shown below. I made this card for my Mom! She used to be a secretary many years ago, and so did I! I think my Mom will get a kick out of the vintage images and hopefully they will bring back lots of fun memories of her working career! I can't wait to give it to her! I know I had a lot of fun making it!
Here are the products used:
- Digital images: Secretary, typewriter, sentiment, telephone, binding clip (Crafty Secrets Office 101), pocket watch (Graphics Fairy)
- Ink: Antique Linen Distress Ink
- Dies: Polaroid (Kaisercraft), leaves (unmarked dies from China)
- Patterned paper: Far Far Hill
- Other: Envelope, flowers and yellow paper clip (from my stash)

Wow, what a great card! Your Mom will surely love this - lots of memories for sure. I had a couple of spare lessons a week in my final year at school and took typing classes - remember typing to music! And the 'ting' as you whizzed the carriage back :)
