The embossing folder is Cuttlebug Charles and the dp is BoBunny. I added some die-cut snowflakes (Impression Obsession), each with a pearl from Flourish with a Bling (won these last year, thank you, Lucy!).

Your embossing folder is just gorgeous for the BG, always attracted and I have seen one more in your previous cards that is Dot Matrix!!!! This creation is very cute, love the liquid pearls as a snow!
That little owl is so adorable Kitty! I love how you've embellished the little snowflakes with a pearl as well as adding some more "snow" with the liquid pearls. Great choice to limit the colour scheme to red and green with a little bit of brown for the owl.
