Glitter n Sparkle DT - Anything But Square

Hello, everyone.  A very warm welcome to my newest follower - Louise - lovely to have you here!  I have something different to share today.  I made a door hanger! This is my DT creation for our challenge over at Glitter n Sparkle Challenge Blog. This week we are looking for Anything But Square.  

Yes, this was a challenge for me! Usually I make cards, square or rectangular cards, so I really struggled with what to make. Fortunately, my lovely DT always gives me the most adorable kitty images to play with, so that helped me decide. The image is called Bath Time Kitty from Fresh Brewed Designs. How fun! I coloured him with my Prismacolor pencils and die cut into a circle but leaving the puddle of water outside the die cut - this is the first time I've tried this.

Here are all the other supplies used:

• Stamp:  French Script background (Stampin' Up), Sentiment (Anita's)
• Die cuts:  Butterfly (Memory Box), Curious Cat (Poppy Stamps), Circle (Nellie's Multiframes), Eyelet Circle (Spellbinders)
• Punches:  Flowers, butterfly (EK Success), rubber duck (unmarked)
• Accents:  Button (thrift store), charm (from my stash), gems (Dollama)
• Ribbon/twine:  Crinkle Ribbon (won this from Little Scrap Pieces - thank you, Karen!), twine (American Crafts)
• Label maker:  Unmarked (I think it's an industrial one - letters are bigger than my Dymo)
