Ice Cream Bunny on the Farm

Hello, everyone!  I'm back again - this is my second post today!  I made a fall farm scene!

My card was inspired by Craftin Desert Divas Gallery - Mood Board Social Media Challenge (Hashtag:  #cddmonthly). I was inspired by the barn, pumpkins, and farm theme!

This cute image is from Craftin Desert Divas called Bunny Loves Ice Cream. I coloured her with Touch Five markers and fussy-cut so I could pop her up on foam tape. I made the sky using a  watercolour smooshing technique with distress inks.

Parachute Pig Birthday

Hello, everyone!  Today I'm sharing a birthday card using the September image from Gerda Steiner Designs monthly progressive challenge. I received this cute Parachute Pig for free since I participated in last month's challenge.

The image was coloured with Touch Five markers and then fussy-cut so I could pop it up with foam tape. I computer-generated the punny sentiment.

My card design was inspired by Sketch 153 over at Feeling Sketchy (shown below).  This is the first time I've played there.

Happy Purrthday Easel Card (Knitty Kitty DT)

Hello, everyone! Today I'm sharing some inspiration for Knitty Kitty Digis! This adorable image is called Hearnoevil, Seenoevil, Meownoevil.  I love that this image features three kitties because I have three kitties! I have coloured the image with Prismacolor pencils in an attempt to depict my Honeydew, Kiwi, and Snowie!

This is a birthday card for Brian from our three kitties!  I usually don't make him flowery, embellished cards like this, but it's from the kitties!  I did try to keep the colours more on the masculine side. I hope he likes it!  I'll find out on Wednesday!  In the meantime, he has promised not to look at my blog so he won't spoil the surprise.  Here's a look at the inside:

My First Pop-Up Card

Hello, everyone! Today I'm sharing a birthday card with a surprise pop-up element on the inside! I made this card a couple weeks ago for one of my dearest friends and she has now received it so I am able to share without spoiling the surprise! All photos are of the same card, one photo of the front and two showing the pop-up on the inside.



On the front of my card I have made a little birthday scene! Here are the products used:

• Digital stamps: Cat (Time For Tea Designs Mew-vellous Whiskers Moggie), birthday gift (Paper Sweeties freebie)
• Clear stamps: Sentiment (Newton's Nook), happy face (Your Next Stamp)
• Dies: Fence (Magnolia), sun, clouds, grass (Lawn Fawn), ladybug, stitched rectangle (Gina Marie Designs)
• Accents: Flower sequins 
• Colouring medium: Cat (Prismacolor pencils), gift (markers); clear Wink of Stella added to gift bow

Then when the card is opened....Surprise! A cake stand full of birthday cupcakes! This is my first pop-up card! I added the cats because my friend has two black cats!
