Here's my latest holiday card! Inspiration has come from the alphabet prompts over at Beccy's Place - she is having her sixth annual Month of Holiday Cards Challenge. Thank you, Beccy, for the daily inspiration! I'm revisiting Day 8, which was "G", and I went with Gingerbread again.
The adorable gingerbread man is from Beccy's Place Gingerbread set, and I used the pre-coloured version and fussy-cut so I could pop him up on foam tape. I added White Enamel Accents on his icing and Nuvo Jewel Drops Rosewater on his eyes and buttons. The Stitched Diamond Die is from Gina Marie Designs.
I stamped a tiny gingerbread man (SugarPea Designs Sweet Treats Christmas) in Memento Peanut Brittle all over the patterned paper (WandM) to make it more festive. The tiny "Sweet Wishes" sentiment is from the same stamp set, and I stamped it in Memento Rich Cocoa. I finished off the card with a few brown snowflake sequins from my stash.
I was inspired by Sketch 479 at Tuesday Morning Sketches and the colour challenge at Cupcake Inspirations CIC458, which is shades of brown:

First snowfall, wow!!!!

Sending hugs!
WoW - the snow looks pretty :-)
Super gingerbread card. I love how you decorated him :-)
Kitty, that is so adorable. We are predicted to get a couple of inches by morning also...so we will see what we get.
Oh my gosh, I can't even imagine all that snow! I'm afraid I would have barred the doors, closed the shutters and not come out till spring. I hope you don't lose power again Kitty... or at least if you do, I hope you have a fireplace or some other method of creating heat.
Love your little gingerbread card, the patterned paper is super cute. I almost missed the tiny sentiment until I had a closer look. Love it!
Cheers,
Beccy
That's a lot of snow, did you have to go out and shovel? We got 3-4 inches of very wet snow, but it has stayed. I dug out the driveway and sidewalk for exercise, our street is still slushy. Your card is adorable, super cute gingerbreadman and great use of the sketch.
I never get to see snow so these pictures are so special and pretty to me. I'm glad y'all stayed safe!
Love your little gingerbread card. Cute and perfect for the upcoming holidays.
