Birthday Seahorse

Hello, everyone.  I'm back today with a card I made for a progressive challenge at Imagine That...digis by Kris.  This month's image is Birthday Seahorse, and I decided to go with the pre-coloured version because I love the bright colours - they are perfect for young children.  A few sentiments accompanied the digi, and I chose to use "Drifting by with a birthday 'hi',"  which I sponged with Stampin' Up Pink Passion.

The backing paper is by Jo at Trimgym's Digistamps, Papers, and Images and this one is from her wedding papers that were a freebie at one point (thank you, Jo).  I used my Nellie's Multiframe Circle and Spellbinders Lacy Circle dies and embossed all the cardstock with Cuttlebug Tiny Bubbles.  To embellish, I added some ribbon from my stash and a few of the leftovers from the lacy circle to simulate bubbles.  I followed this sketch at MFP Speedy TV:
