I'm late to this party but definitely wanted to celebrate by making a birthday card! I thought a coffee theme would be appropriate since STAMPlorations has a huge selection of coffee-themed products!
I die-cut the coffee cup (STAMPlorations Coffee Cup Silhouette Die - CUTplorations), first in brown cardstock and then in black craft foam. I layered them to create a shadow. Next I created the background with a coffee bean stencil (from the dollar store, I believe) and Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink. I trimmed a thin strip off one of the edges of the stencilled panel and then adhered it near the bottom of the card. I stamped the birthday sentiment (STAMPlorations Layered Watermelon) and then added the die-cut word (trimmed from STAMPlorations Warm Winter Wishes Phrase Die - CUTplorations). I die-cut it in brown cardstock and black craft foam, again to create a shadow effect.
