Well, it's Sunday, so that means there's a new challenge starting today over at Glitter n Sparkle Challenge Blog! This week we would like you to Use Something Beginning with G on your creation. I chose this adorable image from The Stamping Boutique called If the Shoe Fits. You all know I love kitties!
I coloured the image with Prismacolor pencils, fussy-cut, and mounted on foam tape. I usually allow a small white border when I fussy-cut, but in this case I cut directly around the line of the image. Are you wondering about my items beginning with G? I went with Girly, Green, Glitter, and Gems.
I die-cut the fishtail banners and used both the positive and the negative for my card. The banner dies are not stitched so I used a stitched line die to add stitching all along the smaller banner. The stamped Happy greeting was heat embossed in white on a black scrap.

I've never had a pair of green shoes before - but these are so pretty! Love the "happy" embossed with white on the black too. Very pretty card!

What a charming little card! I must say that the shoes "spoke to me" instantly! They made me smile and want to go shopping at the same time. While I've had my high and low points with cats over the years, I really love the one you've included here.
