While I was away, I have had two lovely new followers, so I would like to welcome Milla Flesche and Ardyth Percy-Robb - so nice to have you join me!
Now on to my card... A new challenge started on Sunday over at Glitter n Sparkle Challenge Blog. This week we would like to see your Female Cards. You all know how much I love kitties, so I had a lot of fun with this week's sweet image. It's called Kitty in Window from Inky Impressions, and I coloured it with my Prismacolor pencils. You will notice I paper-pieced the curtains and popped up the top of the curtains with foam tape. I also fussy-cut and popped up the kitty.

Oh, Kitty, you know I'm in love with that image! Fab paper piecing and I love all the dimension you achieved. The purple bow is perfect! Forgot to mention that I hope your computer does not fail or if it does that you can get it fixed. I had a laptop bite the dust and luckily I had backed up on an external hard drive. It was a Dell and hubby bought me a Toshiba (sold this one at our yard sale) which he then upgraded me to an HP Mother's Day last yr, 2013, that I like a lot.

Hi, Kitty! I have so missed visiting your lively blog and wonderful cards. This one is no exception - so sweet! and very girly. I had a soft stuffed animal - a long-haired white kitty. She was nearly 50 years old, and I was sad to finally say farewell, but the little girl who has her now loves her dearly. Isn't that funny? Your white kitty is so pretty!
