Today I'm sharing a vintage-style card! I was inspired by several challenges (as usual)! I used an adorable teacup kittens image from the Ephemera Romance Collage Sheet from Gecko Galz. I fussy-cut so I could pop it up on foam tape. The heart is die-cut from pink vellum, and the butterflies and tiny heart are punched from rose-coloured foiled cardstock.
- Collage sheet image: Gecko Galz Ephemera Romance Collage Sheet
- Rubber stamp: Sentiment (Crafter's Companion Beatrix Potter Tale of Peter Rabbit)
- Dies: Coffee Cup (Die-Versions Wee Petites Cold Weather), Scalloped Stitched Hearts, Square Doily (both unmarked)
- Patterned paper: Colorbok
- Other: Foiled cardstock (3 Birds Design), vintage lace (second-hand store, very old), ribbon, pink vellum, and flatback pearls (old stash), butterfly and heart punches (unmarked)
One challenge that inspired me is the Coffee Loving Papercrafters CASEing DT Link-up Party #10, and below is the card to CASE. I followed the same sketch but my card is landscape-oriented. I was inspired by the pink, the hearts, and the cup!
I also liked the inspiration photos at {PIN}spirational Challenges (I was inspired by the cups, hearts, and pink) and SugarPea Designs Mix it Up 28 (I was inspired by the pink and the flowers:
Two other challenges that caught my eye are the Gecko Galz Vintage Valentine February Customer Challenge, and the Hot Drink challenge at Cut It Up Challenge Blog!
Thank you for looking at my card! Wishing you a joyful day!
