Pillow Box of Tea

Hello, everybody! Welcome to Day 5 of the Holiday Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! The hop runs through December 18 and anyone can join!  We are focusing on winter/holiday projects with images of coffee, tea, or cocoa. It's a blog hop so commenting is encouraged and much appreciated!

Before I get started, I would like to wish everyone a Happy International Tea Day! Cocoa had its day and now it's tea's turn!

Today I am sharing a little pillow box full of tea! Thank you to my sweet friend Alice P for sending me the pillow box die-cuts - I am finally using one!  I embossed it with Cuttlebug Snowflakes.  The adorable kitty image is from By Miss Rach called Christmas Cocoa Cat and is available as a freebie! She has some other adorable freebies there as well so head over and check them out!

I coloured the image with Prismacolor pencils and added a hand-drawn snowflake on the cup using my white gel pen. I die-cut the Stampendous Snowflake in silver glitter cardstock and added some Baker's twine from DL.ART.  I stamped the Whimsy Stamps sentiment in red and die-cut into a stitched tag (La-La Land).

Inside the pillow box is 3 packages of my favourite Chocolatey Chai herbal tea! 

And of course I have to share the daily goings-on of my elf Eli. In keeping with the Holiday Coffee Lovers Blog Hop and International Tea Day, Eli decided to check out another of my snowman mugs.
