And then, oh my goodness, I found Eli outside, in the car with the ignition going. He was looking at the gearshift with keen interest, so I decided that if he wants to go to town, I had better take him! Off we went...

Eli and his elf friends are having loads of fun over there. Yesterday he saw his new love-interest Loopy flirting with a Nutcracker. He was a little jealous but I told him that Loopy is just playing hard to get. Eli has decided to cool it for now and see what happens with Loopy next! He's not giving up on her!

Can't wait to get my own elf...I guess he is on its way and will soon meet his other friends. Hopefully on Tuesday my grandson can meet him and give hima name!

Oh my! Eli knows how to get what he wants I see! I'd better not let my elf, Wally see Eli in the car or he's going to be begging for a ride too. Worst yet, he may try to drive himself when I'm not looking!

Eli is quite an elf about town I see. He looks right at home in the car and I can't wait to see what he got up to in town!! I'm not going to let Loopy know that Eli went for a ride or she'll be bothering me all week to take her out for hot cocoa and cookies! I believe I saw her sneaking a peek at your blog and those photos of Eli so who knows what could develop!
Gosh - that was a lucky thing finding out what he was doing before he drove off !!!!! :-)
