I've made one last card for the Summer Coffee Lovers' Blog Hop! This is the last day and I've really enjoyed myself! For this card I used Neat and Tangled Meowwwww and The Greeting Farm Tea-riffic clear stamps. For some reason I wanted to use bright, neon colours so that's what I did! I was going for a fun, quirky look, and I think I achieved it!
I was inspired by the sketch over at The Crooked Stamper, which is also the sketch over at Little Tangles, so I was happy to play along with my Meowwwww stamps!
I started with three neon-coloured diamond die-cuts (Spellbinders) and affixed them in a row on a strip of coral cardstock. I stamped the kitty on white, coloured his eyes and mouth with markers, and fussy-cut. I did a lot of fussy-cutting on this card! I heat-embossed the teacup and coloured the heart with a marker. I stamped the tea-rrific sentiment and paper-pieced the heart. For the background, I stamped the pawprints and heart in Versamark on neon green cardstock. I stamped the Meowday sentiment on white and fussy-cut. For a bit of interest I added a partial diamond with a pawprint on the right edge, and a number of green sequins. It's a fun card and I had fun making it!
Thank you for looking at my card! Wishing you a joyful day!
P.S. I have candy! Check out my 2-year Blogiversary celebration post here.
