I love this cute little kitty! He's not very scary LOL! I stamped the kitty on a white card base and coloured with pencils. Next I stamped the Halloween border stamp along the top, added a strip of black cardstock and purple ribbon. Lastly, I added gems to kitty's hat. Here are the supplies used:
