Glitter n Sparkle Challenge - Add a Bow

Hello, friends.  It's Sunday and that means it's time for another challenge over at Glitter n Sparkle Challenge Blog.  This week's theme is Add a Bow.  Can you find the bow on my card?

I was so happy to get the opportunity to play with this beautiful image called Just Purr-fect from one of our generous sponsors, Delicious Doodles.   I love this image!  I started my card by covering a white card base with embossed yellow cardstock and then I affixed a purple die-cut floral border.  I coloured the image with pencils, mounted it on a decorative purple die-cut, and affixed to the card with foam tape.  The sentiment is from Create with TLC (thank you, Paulette), which I die-cut into an oval, sponged with purple ink, and affixed to the card.  Next I added three purple flowers, attached with gem-filled brads, and I attached a punched bow to the sentiment.  Lastly, I added gems to the floral border and bow.   Here's a close-up of the sentiment and bow:

Here are the supplies used:
Digistamp and sentiment:  Described above
Ink (for sponging):  StazOn Royal Purple
Coloured pencils:  Prismacolor
Dies:  Memory Box Nottingham Border, Spellbinders Lattice Rectangles
Embossing folder:  Cuttlebug Stylized Flowers
Punch:  Unknown/unmarked
Cardstock:  Recollections
Accents:  Flowers, gems, brad (Dollarama)

I hope you can join us at Glitter n Sparkle for our Add a Bow challenge - we have some fabulous prizes up for grabs:
QKR Stampede - 5 images from store

This card made me smile! I couldn't help but notice that the cute cat you colored in looks like it might be a tribute to Kiwi and Honeydew! I think it's wonderful when we incorporate our loves into our artwork. I was also so impressed that you colored the image with pencils! Gorgeous blending of shades and colors! That takes skill! The die cuts were delicate and added the perfect visual element. A very stunning project. Thanks so much for sharing this with us here at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog!
