To make this card I started by covering a white card base with brown cardstock and then adding a blue and brown polka-dot panel on the left. I stamped various kitties, party hats, and meow in brown on blue and cream cardstock, fussy-cut, and affixed to the card (I stamped one of the blue cats with a polka-dot background in watermark ink). Next I stamped the sentiment on cream cardstock and punched into a scalloped oval, stamping around the oval with a background stamp. Lastly I embellished three of the party hats with blue sequins. - Stamps: Cats (Lost Coast Designs, Stampin' Up - Here, Kitty Kitty, All Night Media), party hats (Stampin' Up! - Here Kitty Kitty), backgrounds (Stampin' Up - Itty Bitty Backgrounds), word (Hero Arts), sentiment (Stampcraft)
- Ink: Ancient Page - Chocolate, Versamark Watermark
- Cardstock: Stampin' Up and unknown from stash
- Patterned paper: ScrapWorks
- Punch: Marvy Uchida
- Sequins: Dollarama
