Tropical Thankful Shaker

Hello, everyone!  Today I'm sharing a shaker card!  I forgot how much I enjoy making these!  This is my third one in the past week!


I used some cute flamingo and tropical flower stickers that I received from my friend Fiki (thank you!).  I thought they worked well with my new Anna Griffin Shaker Card Kit, which I got from the Canadian shopping channel on clearance.  The patterned paper, gold sequins, and bow are all from the kit. There is no stamping on this card!  I used a few dies with snippets/scraps of white and gold metallic cardstock (tag and banner from LaLa Land Crafts, heart from Poppystamps, sentiment from Momenta) and finished off the card with lots of green gems.

    Hi Again Kitty,

    another shaker card for me to admire. I need a personal lesson...lol.
    I really hope you win something in one of our challenges soon...you are a regular participant.

    I agree with Donna, Karen - you do make the sweetest shaker cards! This one is full of tropical fun. The large bow is tiny heart ta are gorgeous!

    Oh, what a beautiful card Kitty! Shaker cards always intrigue me but also intimidate, so I never make them. I have a terrible time keeping the beads or sequins inside the shaker from getting stuck to the foam tape or elements inside the design.
