Lace Doily Backgrounds

Hello, everyone!  This is my second post today!  I have been sick with the flu since last week but I'm starting to feel a bit better! I hope to be around to visit your blogs soon!  I made a few cards for challenges that are soon ending so I need to get them posted!  I have one more card to post today so stay tuned!

Here are two cards inspired by Pink and Main's Love challenge. I used mostly Pink and Main products, listed below. I stamped the upper part of the background with the lace doilies and tiny hearts and the bottom portion with the sentiment. I die-cut the border and scalloped heart and added a cute puffy sticker.

For my second card, I stamped a background with the lace doilies in red, pink, and purple. I die-cut the frame, hearts, and die-cut sentiment, and then added some cute puffy stickers. The frame dies were a gift from a friend last month (thank you, Christina!).

  • Clear stamps:  Doilies (Pink and Main Grandma's Lace),
  • Ink:  Simon Says Stamp Hollyhock, Memento Grape Jelly, YNS Holly Berry
  • Dies: Pierced Rectangle Frame (My Favorite Things), cross-stitched heart, scalloped stitched heart, sentiment (unmarked)
  • Other:  Puffy stickers (Dollarama)

I would like to support these fun challenges:

Card 1
Pink and Main Love 1/3
Mod Squad No More White 1/3
Stamped Blessings heARTful Stamping Repeat this 1/2

Card 2
Pink and Main Love 2/3
Simon Says Stamp Work-it Wednesday Something New (frame dies received as a gift in January) 1/3

Thank you for looking at my cards!  Wishing you a joyful day!
