Kitty Snow Globe

Hello, everyone!  Today I am sharing a sweet snow globe.  I made a number of these for gifts this year so I will be sharing them over the next week or so.


The cute kitty is a 2006 wood-mounted rubber stamp from Stampendous called Snow Buddies - Christmas Kitty.  I coloured her with Prismacolor pencils and added Elizabeth Crafts Warm Diamond glitter on the white parts of her hat. I made the background with Evergreen Bough and Peacock Feathers Distress Inks, splattered with water, and then added Liquid Pearls to look like snowfall.  The snowy landscape is from Poppystamps Stitched Landscapes.

    Love all your shaker globes, my friend, they are very fun and a clever idea, and this one is Supersweet with this cute kitty!! It seems Snowie! :D Fabulous inked background with these colours and the hat sparkles so well!

    Great looking snow globe project....Emily my grand-daughter loves snow globe....I got her one for Christmas and she can change the picture too.
    I like how quick you were to take a picture while the snow was fluttering around....tfs

    I love your snow globe Kitty, what a fabulous little gift! The image is adorable and you did a great job with the colouring... the little red hat and collar really stand out against the blue and white background. I also like the glitter and snow combination you added for the snowy effect when shaken. Great job!
