Well, today's project is made out of - get this - toilet paper rolls. Now I did not think this up on my own, but it is a great idea, and the result is really pretty. This is another one of my creations for the "12 Days of Christmas" challenges going on at Mark's Finest Papers - I have been having a lot of fun making projects other than cards. Here is the link for MFP's tutorial on the mini album. This will make a great stocking stuffer once I add the photos.
Here's the front - the sentiment stamp is from the dollar store. I used my Nellie's Multiframe Ovals and Decorative Ovals and added red Stickles all around the edge. The patterned paper is a mixture of K and Company and unmarked (from my stash). The edge of the red inserts is a Fiskars border punch. The ribbon is from Dollarama.
Below is the first page - on the left is a sticker I had in my stash, and the border is Spellbinders Moroccan Accents. On the right I coloured this cute little penguin (wood-mounted stamp from Hampton Art for Studio G) with my Prismacolor pencils and added Stickles around his hat. The dies are Spellbinders Labels Eighteen and Nellie's Multiframe Oval, embossed with Cuttlebug Tiny Bubbles.
For the next page below, on the left is another sticker, and on the right is Christmas Kitty from Stampendous. I love this stamp and use it a lot. I coloured him with my pencils and added Stickles around his hat.
And here's the back, where I added another cute sticker, and the border is Spellbinders Ironwork Accents.
