Hello Kitty Birthday

I made this Hello Kitty card for my niece for her 4th birthday - she loves Hello Kitty (and so do I!).

I recycled/upcycled a Hello Kitty card I received by die-cutting it into a circle.  I die-cut two other circles and stamped balloons on one and a birthday cupcake and sentiment on the other, adding a number sticker for her 4th birthday.  I affixed the two smaller circles to a pink card base, the Hello Kitty circle with foam tape, stamped the sentiment, and embellished with heart gems.  Here are the supplies I used:
  • Stamps:  Large balloon, cupcake, sentiment (Studio G), small balloons, "enjoy" sentiment (Dollarama)
  • Ink:  Versafine Onyx Black
  • Cardstock:  Recollections      Pink Card Base:  Dollarama
  • Dies:  Nellie's Multiframes - Circles
  • Embellishments:  Heart gems, number sticker (Dollarama)
I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:

  8. Just adorable! I once worked in a store that sold Hello Kitty items. Keeping up with all the little fun things was fun, but somewhat exhausting. But it left me with a warm fuzzy feeling about Hello Kitty.
