2022 Cat Lovers Hop (Day 2) - Gerda Steiner Designs

Hi, everyone!  I'm back again to share a second card for Day 2 of  the 2022 Cat Lovers Hop!  And I'm guest designing again!  Yay!  Thank you to Janis at Her Peaceful Garden for this fun hop for all of us cat lovers and for having me as your guest designer!  The hop runs until October 29, with a commenting deadline of November 2, so you still have plenty of time to join in!  By why wait?  Head over there now and join the fun!  Don't forget to sign-in here to be eligible for prizes!  To read the guidelines and FAQ, see here.

My card features another one of today's generous sponsors, Gerda Steiner Designs!


Products:
Stamps:  Gerda Steiner Designs Grow Happiness 4"x 6" stamp set (please note I used the retired digital image called Kitten in Flower Pots)
Dies:  Gina Marie Designs Stitched Oval, Avery Elle Oval Burst, Poppystamps Lovely Gift Bow, unmarked speech bubble received in friend mail
Patterned paper:  We R Memory Keepers
Sentiment:  Self-made in Microsoft Word

I coloured the image with markers, die-cut into an oval shape, and layered onto a die-cut oval burst.  I added a layer of patterned paper and then green cardstock behind that.  I die-cut a speech bubble for the self-made sentiment and adhered a die-cut bow to the lower side of the oval.

    Hi dear Kitty!! I was so impressed reading on your comment about my first card for Cat Lovers Hop that you have a wooden floor and a pink wallpaper! :D Really my scene could be you at home a few years ago! I'm always so sorry thinking about your Kiwi and Snowie!
    Big congrats to be GD again for the CLH 2022!!! Very well deserved for sure!! Gerda Steiner's stamps are all so cute, love them so much and have some, but only a cat (that I used for my 2nd day card!). Love so much your kitty between the pots of plants and his ballon makes me smile! Fabulous burst die as background, it drag the eyes to the centre! The bow looks so cute too!
    Our new Prime Minister better than the last? We will see. But the team she wanted for the Government is far from reassuring. News on media rarely are true, there is not more pace here, and plans just go on.

    What a sweet kitty this is! I love Gerda's designs - they are all so sweet or cute. Love this design as well as the colors. The burnt orange (or terra cotta to match the pots, right?!) with the different hues of green is really lovely. Always happy to see your pretty creations!!
