Turner Syndrome Hop and Butterfly Inside-Out Card

Hello, everybody!   Does anyone else struggle with fun folds?  This one did not look difficult and it wasn't complicated, but I still struggled.  It's too embarrassing to say how long this took me to make, but I did it!  It's called an Inside-Out Card, and I saw the tutorial on Mrs. A's Butterfly Challenge 152.  I went with the theme only (Inside-Out Card) plus butterflies.

I created the "Please turn me inside out" instructions for the front of the card with Microsoft Word, so it's the inside of the card that the recipient would display, which is such a fun concept!

Digital image:   Butterfly from Imagine That Digistamp Goin' Buggy (precoloured version, printed in different sizes)
Clear stamps:  Rosie's Studio Chasing Butterflies
Dies:  Die-Versions Butterfly Garden, Gina Marie Designs Stitched Rectangle
Embossing folder:  Cuttlebug Modern Vines
Other:  Small butterfly punch, gems, washi tape

I'm also joining the final week of Imagine That Digistamp's 8th Birthday Celebration, the theme of which is birthday with bling (see gems on butterfly bodies).

This is also my third entry to support the "It's a Girl Thing" Blog Hop and Challenge.  I first learned about Turner Syndrome during the 2020 hop. I told you a bit about Turner Syndrome in my previous posts here and here, but did you know that girls and women with this genetic disorder have 2-3 times higher increase in fractures?  More information on Turner Syndrome can be found here, and I encourage you to learn more about it.  The goal of the blog hop and challenge is to spread awareness of Turner Syndrome to as many people as possible in hopes that the medical field will do more research on how Turner Syndrome affects girls and women throughout their lifetimes.

I would also like to join the following challenges:

A super card, so pretty - a fabulous design. I've seen a few of these inside-out cards recently, I might have to give one a go!

Oh wow, what a neat new card fold - I LOVE learning new folds and I've never seen this one. LOVE your card.... Yes I am a bit partial as I love butterflies (I have a small butterfly tattoo even!) but also because you used MY DIGI SET for it, heehee. LOVE it!! I don't know if I have any border that fancy to display if I made one of these, but I can see what I can do. Gonna challenge myself this week to make one! :) Thanks for the info on Turner's Syndrome too. Great way to spread awareness. ♥Kris

How darling, KT! I saw ValeryAnne's inside-out card, and was amazed to see it had been "out" for a few years, because I'd never heard of one before. Yours is darling! Thanks, too, for sharing about Turner Syndrome. hugs, de

Your card is beautiful Kitty. I am struggling to get started on it and time is running out! I hope that I can be motivated enough to create one today. Like others I had not come across this fold before.

That is so cool! Another new fold for me. It looks very complicated so I doubt I will give it a try but I do love the idea.

Oh Kitty, this card is so sweet and beautiful! I have seen this folding on Mrs A blog, so well explained, and I thought to have a try, but time isn't my friend and sadly I don't find a free moment to play! I will try in a future, surely! You are a great inspiration!
Love the inside border with the tiny cute butterflies and the happy colours that matches the sentiment perfectly! The clean outside with your own words and that embossed panel looks great! Well done!
Hugs!

I love how it's yellow on the inside! I struggled with my inside out card too. It was deceptively difficult.
