It's your Birdday

Hi, everybody!  Today I'm sharing a card I made for the 10th Birthday Bash at Bugaboo's Catch the Bug Challenge Blog.  The theme is Down on the Farm and I was inspired by Day 1 - Farm Birthday Project.

The cute image is Bugaboo's Chick, and I coloured her with my markers and fussy-cut.  I adhered the chick to a farm scene background with foam tape.  The sentiment is made up of two sentiments:  "It's your Birdday" is from From the Heart Stamps (sadly this company is no longer in business), and "Shake a Tail Feather" is from Beccy's Place Poultry in Motion.  I printed them together on vellum and then die-cut with a Nellie's Multiframe Oval.  To adhere the sentiment, I used my new Xyron sticker maker so you can't see any adhesive behind the vellum.

I would also like to support the following challenges: 2 Crafty Critter Crazies AG w Critter 2/5; A Perfect Time to Craft AG UE; Arty Divas 13 AG 3/5; Cardz TV 106 AG 1/3; Crafty Catz 489 AG Optional Twist Funny 1/3; Cute Card Thursday What's New?
