Hi, everyone! This is my third post today, so please scroll back to see my two other cards! Again I was inspired by the Recipe challenge over at Mod Squad. They would like to see a stamp, a stencil, and an interactive card. When I make interactive cards, I love to make shakers!
For the front panel, I applied Tumbled Glass Distress Ink through Simon Says Stamp Falling Snow Stencil, die-cut a large snowflake (Stampendous Snowflake Die Set), and then stamped the sentiment from STAMPlorations Winter Chill. The cute snowman is from the same stamp set (STAMPlorations Winter Chill) and I coloured him with markers. I did some ink blending around the snowman with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink and adhered a few snowflake sequins so they would not shake around. For the shaker bits I used crystal clear flat sequins and a few tiny white snowflake sequins. I finished off the card by adhering some teal sequins.

ReplyDeleteI love this. What a fun snowflake pattern and of course the snowman and sentiment are perfect. Found a craft group at our campsite. One of the ladies does lovely quilling and I had brought a kit with me. She's teaching me how to do it. I'm so excited.
ReplyDeleteAnother fun shaker, with a very different design! Love the idea of a "snowflake hole" to show the cute snowman! How fun! I think it could be s useful with leftovers too! :D The whole clean design looks so pretty!! Well done again!
