Baby, It's Cold Outside

Hello, everyone!  I mentioned yesterday that I'm playing along at Beccy's Place in her Month of Holiday Cards!  Have you checked it out yet?  This challenge always helps me get lots of winter and holiday cards made - thank you, Beccy!  It's an Alphabet Challenge and Day 2 is "B," so I went with blue, brown, and "baby, it's cold outside!"


The adorable snowman couple is from Beccy's Place - Snow Drifters, and the sentiment is from Beccy's Place - Snowman set.  I went with the pre-coloured image, fussy-cut, and popped up with foam tape.  I printed the sentiment on blue cardstock, fussy-cut, and popped up with foam tape. The snowy background was made with Lawn Fawn's Snowy Backdrop die, and the stitched snowbank was die-cut with Simon Says Stamp Drifting Stitches Borders.  I used my Recollections snowflake punch to add a few blue snowflakes.

    A very warm and lovely card, Kitty!! Love the brown and light blue combo, it looks so elegant and that couple of snowman is really delightful!! So sweet!!!! Well done! It's always a pleasure seeing your adorable creations!!

    I'm loving this card Kitty, blue and brown are one of my favourite colour combinations, especially with a little white thrown in the mix. The background die you used is awesome, love the combination of stars and snow. Beautiful job!
