I love this gorgeous die-cut, but I do not know the name or manufacturer as I received it from a friend (thank you!). The background was made with various shades of blue Alcohol Inks on yupo paper. I added Star Dust Stickles to the snowflakes and then embellished the card with a few snowflake sequins and flat-back pearls. The navy card front was dry-embossed with Die'sire Embossalicious Let it Snow.

The embossed background makes it pop so well and the pearls in the corners add elegance to the whole scene!!
