Coffee-themed Gratitude Journal (1 of 6)

Hello, everyone! I can't believe I almost forgot about this!  I made my first journal!  It's a coffee-themed gratitude journal in fall colours!  I made it in August and sent it off to my crafty, coffee-loving friend and then promptly forgot all about it!  Seeing the gorgeous inspiration at the 2018 Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers' Blog Hop reminded me!

There are a lot of photos of my journal so I'll share a couple pages at a time.  In this post, I am sharing the covers; front and back.  Stay tuned for more journal pages in my next blog post!

On the front cover, I stamped the STAMPlorations Something Wonderful sentiment in brown on a die-cut noteboook page and added a die-cut pencil that I coloured with, ironically, pencils. The patterned paper is from my old stash (Carson Dellosa), and the title words are die-cuts from my stash.  The pink elements are from Krafting on the Download - Coffee Girl Chic.

For the back cover, I kept it simple.  The Coffee Addict wreath is from Raspberry Road Designs, and I backed it with a die-cut doily in pink.  The patterned paper is from my old stash (Carson Dellosa). My custom "handmade with love" stamp is from Joy Clair.

I would also like to support the following challenges:

Thank you for looking at my project! Stay tuned for more pages of my journal! Wishing you a joyful day!

  4. Adorable cover!! Making a journal is a long work but it is also very fun and satisfying, isn't it? Love so much the front with that sweet gingham paper and the paper notes with the pencil! Lovely diecut for the title and delicious pink cup! The back is adorable too with that doily! Great work! Your friend surely has been amazed by this gift!
