Have an Ice Day

Hi, everyone! Today's card was inspired by MFT's Summer School - White Space at My Favorite Things.

"The idea of white space doesn’t refer to a primarily white card (though often, as is the case with today’s project, this is true) but rather, the idea of leaving a significant portion of your design open, free from embellishment, allowing your focal point to truly shine."
                                                                                                              Laurie Willison

It's so incredibly hot here that I thought I might try to cool myself down by making a winter/holiday card!  I used my MFT You Make My Heart Melt stamps and coloured the image with markers.  I inked an area of the cardstock with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink and added a snowflake die-cut.  I stamped the sentiment on an aqua scrap and finished it off with a few clear sequins.  Lots of white space on this card!
