Here's how to make my card:
- Print pre-coloured digital image and fussy-cut
- Stamp sentiment on white panel and then emboss with heart background
- Die-cut heart border, adhere to white panel, and then adhere some of the offcut hearts
- Add foam tape to image and adhere to panel above sentiment
- Adhere embossed panel to A2 card base
