Secretarial Office 101

Hello, everyone!  Before I get started, I would like to welcome two new followers - Richa Maurya and Majda Pur - thank you for joining me!

Today I'm sharing a card I made last week and I'm just getting around to typing up the blog post. This is a vintage card inspired by an old "Office Girl" magazine cover shown below. I made this card for my Mom!  She used to be a secretary many years ago, and so did I!  I think my Mom will get a kick out of the vintage images and hopefully they will bring back lots of fun memories of her working career! I can't wait to give it to her! I know I had a lot of fun making it!

Here are the products used:

• Digital images: Secretary, typewriter, sentiment, telephone, binding clip (Crafty Secrets Office 101), pocket watch (Graphics Fairy)
• Ink:  Antique Linen Distress Ink 
• Dies:  Polaroid (Kaisercraft), leaves (unmarked dies from China)
• Patterned paper:  Far Far Hill
• Other:  Envelope, flowers and yellow paper clip (from my stash)
