For the background, I applied embossing paste through a Hot Off the Press Snowfall stencil, die-cut the panel with Avery Elle Wonky Stitches, and stamped a sentiment from Newton's Nook Newton's Curious Christmas. I added some sparkly red, silver, and gold polka-dot washi tape and finished off the card with some gold sequins.

Another adorable kitty and you have had a fab idea to partial stenciling the background with an embossing paste and the snowflakes! It has a great look! And your card sparkles so well with the washi tapes and the sequins!
