Merry and Bright Reindeer

Hello, everyone!  Today I am sharing a holiday card featuring a gorgeous image from Bugaboo Digi Stamps called Snowflake Reindeer Silhouette.  I printed the image in grey and die-cut with a Lawn Fawn Stitched Oval.


The sentiment is from Desert Diva and it was a freebie at one point (thank you!).  I saw a fun sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches and wanted to give it a try:


I embossed the background with Darice Snowflakes and cut into pieces according to the sketch. Lastly I added a silver bow.


I'm joining Day 5 of Catch the Bug's Christmas Chaos.  I chose the theme "Homemade Holiday Chocolates - Use ONLY cardstock, no designer papers, Embossing & 2 Layers", and it is also supposed to be funny.  I don't have a lot of funny images or sentiments for Christmas, so for the sentiment I went with Merry and Bright, which is fun-loving, so I hope it counts!


Speaking of fun-loving, my little elf Eli decided to buddy up to Kiwi today.  Here he has joined Kiwi in his cardboard box.  Kiwi is uninterested, so I guess Eli will have to find another buddy, so stay tuned! We are linking up over at DL.ART's Third Annual Elf Antics Linky!     Oh, I also have this digital stamp, I won it last year at your blog candy, eheh!! :D It's gorgous and very elegant in grey on the stitched oval with the coordinate bow!

    Honeydew don't gives satisfactions to Eli... I think that Eli will go to another kitty who is more friendly :D

    Thank you for your sweet comments on Loopy's antics! I see that your Eli is much more adventurous than Loopy , all nestled up to your kitty Kiwi! Kiwi looks so very comfy in his cardboard box, and isn't it just like a cat to find the nearest box to sit in?!! Your card is so beautiful with the silver and white colors and beautiful image!

    Ooooh, this is gorgeous Kitty... I love the grey and white colour scheme, it's very chic and elegant. The leaping stag image is absolutely beautiful, I love the snowflakes all over it. The satin bow and embossed background finish your card perfectly. Love it!
