Make a Wish (ITDK image)

Hello, everybody!  Before I share my card, I would like to welcome two lovely new followers - Jeri Parks and UTs Hobby Time - so happy you joined me!

I like to play in a few of the progressive challenges.  Today I'm joining Imagine That... digis by Kris. These challenges are fun because as long as you use the current Stamp of the Month image, then you receive next month's challenge set for free, and so on!  I missed out last month but as luck would have it, the January digi Football Humphrey is offered for free so anyone can join!  Thank you, Kris!


I mentioned before that one of my goals this year is to make more boys'/men's cards so this image is perfect!  I coloured Football Humphrey with my Prismacolor pencils and fussy-cut.  I made a scenic background using snippets of leftover DP (Cosmo Cricket, MME, BoBunny).  Dies used are Lawn Fawn's Spring Showers and Stitched Hillside Borders.  The sentiment is a clear stamp from Heidi Grace.

    This is so cute, I like the image of course and those papers are great. Like the curve on the background and your cute die cuts! Great combination of papers and embellishments!

    Wow, what an awesome card Kitty!! Love your coloring and that scene you created with scraps is sooo cool :) Definitely one of my faves. :) I wish you lots of success on your endeavor for healthier living this year. I'm with you - am trying healthier meals with the fam - as for the "E" word... lol, that's my downfall but hoping when the weather gets a li'l nicer I'll get out there more. :) Thanks again for joining our challenge at Imagine That!
