Star Tag (IBS and Lia Stampz images)

Hello, everyone!  This year is the first time I've made tags.  This my third one.  I'm not sure I have the hang of it yet, but I think this will look cute on a Christmas present!  I used two of the newsletter freebies from Inspired by Stamping  and an adorable cat image from Lia Stampz called cat3 from the Halloween Digi Stamps Set of 9 that I won from her last month (thank you, Lia!).



I merged the IBS Tag Bells and Christmas Tag and then fussy-cut.  I coloured the kitty with my Prismacolor pencils, fussy-cut, and then popped up with foam tape,  I attached all to a glittery star and voila - there's my festive tag!  I think kitty is wishing the bells above his head were mistletoe LOL!
