Butterfly Happy Anniversary (Hero Arts stamp)

Hi, everyone!  Today I am sharing an anniversary card I just made.  I received this beautiful embossed panel from my lovely friend Patti at stationery Styes - thank you, Patti!  I couldn't wait to use it!  I wanted to try a white-on-white card but it ended up being silver on white.  It looks so beautiful in real life - the photo doesn't do it justice.


I added a strip of lace along the edge and a tag that I embossed with Couture Creations Crazy Daisy, which I then tied with white ribbon.  The sentiment is from Hero Arts Everyday Sayings.  I embossed it in silver - it's hard to tell because it looks black in the photo, but it's actually embossed silver.  The butterfly is silver as well, die cut from silver mirror card with my Memory Box Kalieidoscope Butterfly.  I was inspired by Hero Arts Sketch #3 shown below.  Here's another photo taken at an angle to try to capture the shine of the butterfly and the silver embossed sentiment.

    Kitty, this card is stunning!! I am crazy about embossing on white. You have caused me to turn and grab that folder myself! to create a card. I'm thinking I need to CASE this one!! heehee
