The sentiment is a freebie from Create with TLC (thank you, Paulette), and the word balloon is a freebie from Squigglefly (thank you), which I also fussy-cut. The snowy sky paper is a freebie from Spyder's Corner (thank you, Lyn). I embossed the snow with Cuttlebug Snowflakes and die-cut Memory Box Precious Mittens from blue glitter paper. Lastly I embellished with two blue pearls and a pearl strip.
