Glitter n Sparkle Challenge - Male Cards

Hello, friends.  It's Sunday and that means it's time for another challenge over at Glitter n Sparkle Challenge Blog.  This week's theme is Male Cards.  This was tough for me - I find masculine cards to be a challenge in themselves - but here's what I came up with.

I got to play with this cute little scene called Standing Guard from Gingerloft at Stitchy Bear Digi Outlet.  Cute, huh?  And great for a masculine fall card, which is what I created.  I coloured the digi with pencils, die-cut into an oval, and mounted on a decorative rust oval.  I started my card with a white base, which I covered with green cardstock, onto which I layered leaf-themed patterned paper.  I stamped the sentiment in black on the patterned paper and finished off by adding four leaves, a die-cut vine, and three gems.  Here are the supplies used:

• Accents:  Leaves and gems (Dollarama)
