Glitter n Sparkle Challenge - Weddings

It's Sunday, and that means it's time for another challenge over at Glitter n Sparkle Challenge Blog.  This week's theme is Weddings, and we have five wonderful prizes up for grabs:
Digistamps 4 Joy - 5 images from the store
Fred She Said - $10 gift certificate
Digi Darla - 5 images from the store
Sandi Samples - 4 images from the store
The Stamping Chef - 3 images from the store

To make my card, I got to play with an image from one of our sponsors, Digistamps4Joy.  It's called "I Do" and can be found here.   The sentiment is from another of our sponsors, Fred She Said.   I coloured the image with pencils, die-cut into an oval, mounted on a decorative purple oval, affixed to an embossed white panel, and layered on to a white card base.  I trimmed the sentiment and mounted on a purple scrap.  Lastly I added three purple flowers, attached with gem-filled brads.  Here are the supplies I used:
  • Cardstock:  White (Staples), purple (Recollections)
  • Coloured pencils:  Prismacolor
  • Die cuts:  Nellie's Multi Frames - Ovals and Decorative Ovals
  • Embossing folder:  Cuttlebug Victoria
  • Flowers, brads:  Dollarama
